Noncommercial you cannot use the picture to make money e.g. putting it on tee shirts selling it etc.
Share alike you must share it with the same rules in this case share alike Attribution Noncommercial
No derivs you cannot change or edit the photo
I learnt a lot about copyrights. I will now always use flickr etc.
